cut the crap, 30 by 30

I'll be 30 this year. Need to cut the crap...literally - my goal for the next several months is to cut my food portions in 1/2. I am still going to eat a normal diet, but cut it in half, except for water and tea - those I plan on doubling.

I haven’t been on the blog much at all lately!

I suck.
Please forgive me.

Long story short. I’ve been a SAHM for the last 5 years and three weeks ago I got a job. It’s great, just a transition I have to get used to, well out whole family needs to get used to ;)

Also I should note that I went on a walk with my daughter. Time was junk bc we had to stop for a million water breaks and such, lol.
