this is SO true. It’s all about being mentally ready for this journey. I have trained before, all during the time I trained for my 25k - I didn’t lose any weight. Not because I wasn’t working my butt off…but because I was eating crap. The mental part of it just wasn’t there.
It’s here now - It’s like I woke up this week and realized I am going to be 30 this year and I don’t want to be this heavy. I just can’t.
It’s kinda amazing. I feel great to be in this spot!
